The conference will provide a platform to exchange ideas, discuss emerging trends and challenges, and foster research in corporate governance and sustainability. It invites original theoretical, empirical and applied research on themes including AI and technology governance, corporate governance mechanisms, board diversity, sustainable value creation, ESG, corporate disclosures, shareholder and stakeholder interests, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, and governance in startups, family businesses and SMEs. The programme will include paper presentations, keynote addresses, distinguished speaker sessions and panel discussions. Selected paper presenters will have their participation fee waived and must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
