Decoding Boardroom Dynamics 2.0 – National Workshop, Boardroom Simulation & NCLT Trial Competition

Organised by the Corporate Law Committee of Presidency School of Law, Presidency University, this programme combines a multi-stage Boardroom Simulation Competition with a simulated National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Trial. Participants engage with corporate governance challenges, strategic decision-making, negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution. The programme includes a panel discussion, preliminary and final boardroom simulations, NCLT semi-finals and finals, and a valedictory ceremony. Institutions may nominate five-member teams, with roles of Chairperson, Company Secretary, Independent Director, External Legal Counsel and Small Shareholder Director. Individual students may also register and will be grouped into teams by the organisers. The prize pool includes ₹21,000 for the winning team, ₹11,000 for the runner-up and five individual awards of ₹4,000 each. Participation certificates will be provided.
